Golden Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:

4 tbs Oil 4 tbs Arrowroot Flour 2 c Milk of your choice 2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Onion Powder 1 1/2 c Grated Carrots 1/3 c Chopped Celery 1 c Cauliflower 1 c Broccoli

Directions:

1) Pre-heat oven to 350. 2) In a saucepan, combine oil, flour, milk, salt, and paprika. Stir then put on stovetop and cook slowly until thick. 3) Coat a 2 qt casserole dish with oil. Add carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, and onion powder. 4) Pour sauce over vegetables and cover. 5) Bake for 50 minutes.

This casserole goes great with mashed potatoes or over rice!
