Oatmeal Burgers

Recipe by Winnie

Ingredients:

1 c Cooked Steel Cut Oats 1/3-1/2 c Ground Raw Cashews 1 tsp Herbamare 1 tsp Onion Powder 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 2 handfuls Parsley Flakes

Directions:

1) Mix together all your ingredients in a bowl. The cashews should be enough so that your oats hold together. 2) Heat oil in a pan. 3) Wet hands in cold water. Make palm-size patties. 4) Place patties in pan. Let cook until crust forms. Flip and flatten. Let cook for 2 more minutes.

You are now ready to make burgers!
